Chicken of the Sea’s Amazon presence evolved organically over the years and needed a more cohesive, strategic foundation.

Crafting a Holistic Strategy
We developed a product organization strategy, recommending a new structure for how all skus were organized on Amazon. This included direction on how products should be combined with others based on customer buying behavior and expectations.
SEO and Conversion Optimization
Product detail pages were fully overhauled to better attract, engage, and convert customers shopping for the brand and within the category. We optimized 66 PDPs for SEO, messaging, imagery, and A+ content as well as a complete visual design overhaul. In-depth keyword analysis and integration drove rankings and traffic much higher. Fresh new content, imagery, and videos significantly improved visitor engagement and conversion.
Aligning With Shopping Behavior
Using category data analysis along with sophisticated visual and UX design, we redesigned Chicken of the Sea’s Amazon Store to better align with customer mental models to improve the shopping discovery process. In addition, the store was optimized to fully support on- and off-site ad campaigns.
